Tobias Stroman knows how families feel when they’re searching for a home in the Southland. He left his hometown of Tacoma, Washington, searching for a warmer surrounding in sunny California which he has been living since 2012. With his ambition to succeed and people-oriented personality, he was drawn naturally to the real estate field. It turned out to be a perfect fit.
The challenge of creating successful sales strategies and helping people like himself was irresistible. And he was quickly immersed in the investor-driven world of property flips, receiving an invaluable education in the art of the deal.
Now Tobias employs the skills he’s acquired through a rich background of experience to help others reach their dreams. “The most rewarding thing for me,” he says, “is making my client happy—finding that perfect home for them.”
Tobias knows there’s a time to be aggressive—as when pricing a listing or pushing to get an offer accepted. And there’s a time to just listen. Because the client’s dreams are precious, and it’s a privilege to be a part of them.

When he’s not providing extraordinary service for homebuyers and sellers, Tobias leads a very happy life with his family in Rancho Cucamonga. He spends his time at church, in various sports, watching movies, and having fun with his beagle and German shepherd. But his favorite activity? Hanging out with his two beautiful girls!
